La Genuina is based in Ploaghe (SS), founded in the seventies and today is a constantly evolving company that continuously enhances the heritage of meat reared in Sardinia with a controlled supply chain, able to meet the demands of national and international markets.
The cured meats produced by processing pigs, sheep, goats and cattle are obtained with traditional methods to give them a unique and recognizable taste.
Among the products we remember the typical sausage, the sirloin, the loin, the lard and the Sardinian ham. There is no shortage of various salamis, including the Nobilrossa selection, a range that combines tradition and innovation to satisfy the various types of customers.
