La Bottega del Torrone
La Bottega del Torrone was founded in 1995 in Pattada (SS) by the dry family who inherited the art according to an ancient recipe handed down for over three hundred years and with the adoption of artisanal production methods, kept with pride and care.
The goodness and genuineness of the product is obtained with the use of exclusively Sardinian honey, with a careful choice of dried fruit and with continuous attention to all stages of processing.
Both processing and cooking are carried out with the same care and the same love of the past, the nougat still retains the ancient flavor of the past.
We at Sardj offer the various products of the nougat shop to both private customers and sector operators such as regional specialty shops and restaurants.
