Due Elle Fratelli Lombardo
The dairy company of the brothers Salvatore and Francesco Lombardo was founded in 2020 in Ozieri (SS) after a decade of experience in the quality dairy sector.
Respect for traditions, curiosity and the desire to get involved have led to the rediscovery of an ancient local cheese: “the greviera di Ozieri”. A raw cow’s milk cheese, semi-matured or seasoned with a particular taste, intense aroma and characteristic holes, whose production was very consistent until the 1950s, was almost lost.
The production also includes cream cheese, yogurt and the typical pearls.
At Sardj we offer the various products of this young company to both private customers and industry operators such as regional specialty shops and restaurants.
